Booking Confirmation

We will be confirming your booking once delivery is possible and have received your deposit.

Deposit

50% minimum of the invoiced amount is required to confirm the booking. A balance of the quoted amount is required no later than 7 days prior to the event date if booked in advance. Any bookings made less than 7 days prior to the event date will be required to make full payment. If payment of the deposit/ balance has not been received within the specified time, Pinoy Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the booking. No refund in the event that the client wishes to cancel or has failed to meet payment obligations and the booking has been canceled by PPR.

Cancellation

We hold your hire items for you in good faith that you are hiring them so we don’t hire the same item/s to others for your date. Any booking cancelled less than 7 days before the event will incurr a cancellation fee equal to the value of the items excluding delivery fee.

Hire Period

Standard hire period is for up to 3 days from the time of pickup or delivery. Each extra day of hire will incurr extra fee at 20% of the hire item cost.

Delivery

We do our best to deliver as arranged or close to the time we have agreed.

We typically deliver with one person with a trolley. Please notify us if there are;

  • More that 3 steps
  • Any lift requirements
  • Set-up location is more than 20 meters from the vehicle parking.
Bond

All booking have a security bond to cover damages or missing items and late returns. The bond is refunded back in retun of the hire items on the date and time specified without damages or missing items.  For any damages/ breakages, please refer to the replacement charges (below). The customer is required to pay the replacement charges within 24 hours of returning the items/equipment.

When Renting Gazeebo

Please note it is not recommended to leave it unattended overnight or in an open area. PPR cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages caused to properties or personal injury.

Delivery & Pickup Cost

There will be additional cost for delivery and collect depending on your location. Please advise us of delivery address and we will advise you of the cost.

Replacement Costs

In case of damage or lost items: $20 Adult resin chair, $20 Chair Resin Kids, $75 Food Warmer, $80 Adult Tables, $60 Kids Table, $50 Picnic Table, $40 Electric Balloon Pump, $150 3x3m Pop-up Tent. Other items TBA.
